Deviation report
The non-conformance report is intended to be used to report everyday observations and shortcomings.
Possible indications for use include excessive workload, unfair treatment, or dysfunctional facilities.
Incident reports are mainly handled by the Board's lobbyist, but if necessary, he or she will consult with the rest of the Board. However, personal data will only be visible to the advocacy officer.
